NOTE - Please note that we do offer horse and/or rider substitutions HOWEVER the office is not responsible for this. It is your own responsibility to find a replacement or "sell your spot" if you need to and simply notify the office of the substitution. We will not handle any money transactions for this. Substitutions should be made by 7 pm Friday. There are too many people relying on us to sell their spot for them and handle the money transactions we simply cannot do this. There will be NO REFUNDS. Horse and/or rider substitutions are allowed, however they must be handled by the original entrant - this is not the office's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding in this manner.
